Welcome to my Life is a Saturday, the podcast that helps you live your best life by embracing a Saturday mindset. I'm your host, melissa Jansen, and each week I'll be sharing my experiences and interviewing guests who have learned how to make the most out of every day. From tips on how to develop a positive mindset to ideas for living a more fulfilling life, we'll cover it all. So get ready to let go of your worries, embrace your passions and live life to the fullest. Ready to dive in, let's go. Hello friends, welcome back to another episode of the podcast. I'm your host, melissa, and this is episode 34. This is also the last episode of season two and maybe the last episode of 2024.
Speaker 1:I'm not totally positive. So when I started this year, I had every intention to have a weekly episode drop throughout the entire year and just to grow the podcast and the community. And although I have loved it for the last three months, things are shifting in my world and some of my other businesses and endeavors and my family life need a little bit more of my time and attention and it's just not aligning with my goals right now. It's a lot of extra pressure to record and edit and create content for this podcast and although I love the community that we're building and the connections that I'm making with you folks, my number one priority above everything is my family, and some things in my family are taking a turn where it needs more of my attention. And then, secondly, take root. Training is my baby. It's my cannabis education company that I founded with a couple of friends, and we are in the process of becoming overwhelmed with how successful that business is becoming just in such a short amount of time. So, clearing some things off of my plate, really diving into what my life as a Saturday looks like for me over the next six to nine months and unfortunately the podcast feels like a little bit too much. So, with that being said, this episode is going to be the last episode for the foreseeable future.
Speaker 1:The podcast will come back at some point. This is a passion project of mine and when I have more space to commit or I have the ability to hire somebody to help me so I don't have to wear every single hat in every single business. We'll be back. Until then, I hope that you re listen to the episodes, download the workbook and continue to apply the principles that we talk about through the podcast to your everyday life because, believe it or not, your life can feel like an ever ending Saturday, but it's up to you to put into the work, it's up to you to work on the relationship with yourself, it's up to you to believe that you can and you can. It's as simple as that.
Speaker 1:I want to leave you with just a little love, because you have made creating this podcast so much fun. Your feedback, your camaraderie, the community, the DMs I love all of it and I'm so grateful that you've been here along for the ride. My life is Saturday merch. We'll be dropping sometime in the future, not anytime soon. I hope that we can just continue to build upon the foundation that the last 33 episodes I've created and know that I am always just a DM away. If you come across any point where you need encouragement or collaboration or a sounding board, you're feeling confused or stuck or overwhelmed on your journey to create a life that feels like a Saturday, just slide into my DMs and I'd be so happy to chat with you about it. And until next time, ciao. Take the most out of every day.
