0:00:32 - (B): You. Holy shit. And welcome back to the podcast episode 23. What a dream of reality we're living in. I still, every episode, am in awe that I have a podcast. Today's episode is a super special one because it is my birthday. Yay. I turn 32 today. And in honor of turning 32, I thought it would be super fun to share 32 lessons I've learned over the past 32 years. Before we dive into the list of 32 lessons, I wanted to just say that I'm so grateful that you're here. It's so cool that you listen to my podcast and that we get to hang out like this, and that you trust me to help you make your life feel like a Saturday, an endless Saturday at that you are more capable and worthy and deserving of everything that's on your heart than you're allowing yourself to know.

0:01:27 - (B): And I just love that you're here. So with that, let's get started. 32 lessons in 32 years. One. If you don't ask, the answer is no. Two time is a limited resource. You can't ever make more of it. Three the love you're seeking is seeking you. Four you are a masterpiece, even when the lights are off and the room is empty. Five gratitude is what makes you magnetic to life. Six your inner mean girl will always be with you. It's your job to make her a minor character in your story.

0:02:14 - (B): Seven you're a soul in a meat suit, not a meat suit with a soul. Learn to love your body and care for it. Eight you're not special. The human experience, your thoughts, your feelings they happen to all of us. Nine always give the compliment if you think something nice. Appreciate an aspect of someone, you got to let them know. Ten you've overcome every challenge and obstacle you've ever come across.

0:02:47 - (B): You are capable of overcoming any of them that come your way. Eleven life is short. Twelve other people's opinions of you are none of your business. 13. Sometimes you have to let go to move on. 14. One error in judgment does not define your life or who you are. 15. Sometimes the high road is the hard road. Be okay with that. 16. You can't control, change, or convince other people stop trying. 17 never underestimate the power in a power pose.

0:03:39 - (B): 18. You're the only person who can complete yourself. Embark on that journey sooner rather than later. 19. Your life is happening right now, at this moment. Learn to enjoy it. 20. Guilt is a feeling, not a fact. In fact, feelings are feelings, not facts. 21. Learn to feel your feelings. 22. Action is the magic that creates the life you're dreaming of. 23. The hardest part of the journey is believing that you are good enough.

0:04:21 - (B): 24. Spending too much time in your mind isn't good for your soul or your life. 25. Take every opportunity to watch the sun move into and out of the sky. 26. It's okay to cry. 27. You don't always have to be productive. Read a book, play a game, do things just because they're fun. 28. Rest isn't something you need to earn. 29. Your intuition is always right. Learn to hear it and respect it. 30. No human is worth losing yourself for.

0:05:09 - (B): 30. R1. True love is apologetic, listens, supports, nurtures, and holds. 32. Heals the parts of yourself that hurt. It's worth it. And a bonus. 133. You are on a spinning rock in the middle of nothing and everything all at once. Stop taking yourself so seriously. That's it. 32 lessons for 32 years. I hope some of those resonated with you. Thank you so much for being here and listening to this episode. Thank you so much for the birthday hype and support and well wishes.

0:05:53 - (B): I absolutely love my birthday and I'm so excited that I got to share it with you this year's episode. Thanks for tuning in. I absolutely adore you. I'm so excited that you're on this journey with me and I hope that you have the most amazing week. Bye.
